XO Duel does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.
Who we are
XO Duel: Tic Tac Toe ("the app") is made by Mohd Khairie Bin Johari, an independent developer. You can reach me at khairie.johari@gmail.com.
Data the app collects
None. The app has no servers of its own and sends nothing to the developer.
Game Center
Online play uses Apple's Game Center. When you play online, Apple handles sign-in, matchmaking, and passes game moves between players. Your Game Center display name is shown to your opponent. This is governed by Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy; the developer does not receive your Game Center information.
Nearby play
Nearby mode connects two devices directly over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth using Apple's Multipeer Connectivity. Your device name is shown to nearby players so they can invite you. Game moves travel only between the two devices, encrypted, and are not stored.
Data stored on your device
The app remembers your last chosen rule (Classic or Infinite) and AI difficulty on your device. This never leaves your phone and is deleted when you delete the app.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
